One of them is <\/span><strong data-start=\"139\" data-end=\"212\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\">MobiALD \u2013 Mobile ALD System for In-Vacuo Surface Science Measurements<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">, funded under the <\/span><strong data-start=\"231\" data-end=\"269\" style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Swiss\u2013Polish Cooperation Programme<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"619\">The MobiALD project aims to develop a <strong data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"357\">mobile atomic layer deposition (ALD) system<\/strong> intended for advanced research in surface engineering and interfacial phenomena. The innovation of this solution lies in the <strong data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"618\">direct integration of ALD processes with surface analysis techniques operating under high and ultra-high vacuum (HV\/UHV) conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"864\">The project consortium includes partners from Poland: <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"740\">CBRTP, AGH University of Science and Technology, and MeasLine<\/strong>, as well as the Swiss partner <strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"779\">EMPA<\/strong>.
