At MeasLine, we carry out projects with an international scope. One of them is MobiALD – Mobile ALD System for In-Vacuo Surface Science Measurements, funded under the Swiss–Polish Cooperation Programme.
The MobiALD project aims to develop a mobile atomic layer deposition (ALD) system intended for advanced research in surface engineering and interfacial phenomena. The innovation of this solution lies in the direct integration of ALD processes with surface analysis techniques operating under high and ultra-high vacuum (HV/UHV) conditions.
The project consortium includes partners from Poland: CBRTP, AGH University of Science and Technology, and MeasLine, as well as the Swiss partner EMPA. Our company is responsible for the design and construction of the device prototype.
For us, international cooperation is not only an exchange of knowledge and experience, but also an opportunity to jointly develop technologies that have a real impact on the advancement of science and industry.
We would like to sincerely thank all project partners for their cooperation to date, commitment, and inspiring meetings.
